Solid building supply store conveniently located in Monticello. One team member in particular was extremely helpful and responsive. His name is Jake and he helped us design and order our cabinets for our new home. I can't say enough about his sense of urgency and follow up with any questions or issues. Highly recommend working with Jake when purchasing new counters and cabinets.

I just moved here from Florida and just have to rave on the excellence of this company. They not only went above and beyond to help me, the manager made it a point to pledge his commitment to help in any way with my building process...I had ordered some cross ties and got called away., not being there for my delivery. They were so nice to me, personally, and also not to charge me for my mistake. They are re delivering them at no charge. Such wonderful Ky..hospitality. I love it here, I love this store, and will continue to give them all my future business. Thank you.
